First Meeting & Indoor Practice

Hi Everyone!
Our first practice has been scheduled for sunday March 4, 2007, 2:00pm to 4:00pm

This is a mandatory meeting for those who wish to be considered for the team.
We will also have our first indoor gym training session.

The location is:
Oakdale Community Center @ 350 Grandravine Dr.
Main intersection is Jane & Sheppard.
Three lights North of Sheppard, off of Jane.
Look for the yellow building.

Agenda for practice:
-meet & greet ($80 deposit and sign waiver forms)
-team building activity (20 mins)
-discuss training schedules
-discuss fundraising and PR ideas
-warm up (15 mins)
-Turbo Gym (40 mins)
-paddling techniques etc (40 mins)
-wrap up and next steps (10 mins)

-The 24 On-water practices runs from April 14/07 to September.
